This is for you, if today you feel alone, if today you feel angry, if today you feel despondent, if today you feel America has been fundamentally changed, that we are no longer the pioneers of our forefathers, that passion does not burn within us for truth and for rightness, that believing America is freedom's last and best hope is no longer.
If you believe Americans are no longer in love with their country, in love with the ideals of personal freedom, independence, responsibility, and honor. If you believe our public servants have become our unelected masters.
Then this video is for you.

So my mom told me last night that she was looking forward to listening to Rush today... then I said I was looking forward to reading your blog. I really do love your heart for our country and freedom and truth!
Loved this speech... thanks for posting the video. I was disheartened and discouraged last night, mainly by the general spirit of apathy among so many Americans, but I am grateful that our hope and passion for truth is grounded in Christ, and is therefore unshakeable... Our God reigns, and He is righteous and will bring full justice... and all that was done in secret will be exposed, and every knee will bow at His name! And the government will be on His shoulders, and His Kingdom will never end. That's change we can believe in!
Our country has changed and is obviously spiraling downward, but God remains the same. And whether He chooses to restore our nation to its awesome foundation or to further punish the country for selfishly rejecting Him after all He's done for us -- no matter what happens today or years from now -- we are assured that "the Lord protects those who are loyal to Him, but He harshly punishes the arrogant." (Ps. 31:23)
Okay, I'm really done now. :)
Lindsey, you are a mind reader. And a woman of Godly discernment. I was just writing a blog on this very fact. It will probably be long and tedious and wordy. And you just summarized the meat of it in two paragraphs.
Lovely encouragement. Thank you!
Tara Lynn
