I wish I didn't know. I wish I could blissfully live in a world of cluelessness where the Vice-President isn't a buffoon of legendary portions. But that was last year. And now we have Joe Biden.

If you can't name the people tasked with governing your country, should you be allowed to vote on who can best do the job? Should there be qualification beyond citizenship, like...can you spell your own name? And can you name the man one anorexic egotist's heartbeat away from the Presidency?
