Talking about our deficit always reminds me of the Barenaked Ladies song, "If I had a $1000000".

I'd build my own city-state and put you in charge of the media. Then, once a year I'd fly you off to New Zealand for 40 days and forty nights to write your yearly novel.
That-and I'd get some new socks.
