O's attack poodle: I was joking about loving Mao.

I think not.

Glenn Beck's show tonight highlighted a speech from Anita Dunn, O's appointee leading the White House attack against Fox News. I went to my gym to watch it. This is where I watch cable since I don't have it.
So there I am, sweating in a most unfeminine manner, wishing I could remember what it felt like to breathe, and listening to a woman, appointed by my President, extole the virtues of a killer. Oh, and the speech was given to high school kids.
Actually, let me rephrase that. Not "a killer". But "the killer". The worst in history. As Glenn put it, Mao Tse-Tung killed somewhere between 10 to 12 times more than Hitler. Yes, that Hitler.
Watch and tell me if you think it was all a joke. And if so, is it possibly the most terribly conceived, poor executed joke in all of history? Is there a Pulitzer for that?

This wasn't a joke. This was an inspirational talk, at least inspirational to her. "You fight your own war," she said. Be like Mao. Be like Hitler. Be like Charles Manson. Be the devil. Go on. They fight differently. We love different, mass murderers and all.
She didn't call Glenn's phone, the line specifically set up for the White House. Jake Tapper at ABCNews, however, released her defense via Twitter.

Oh geez. That's hilarious! Be like Mao! Now I get it! I've got to use that line at parties.

I've found no comment or connection or schtick between Mao and Lee Atwater, besides the fact they are both rumored to have read the book, 'The Art of War.' Considering this deeply personal connection, it's also rumored they both slept, ate, breathed in and out, and were known to take bathroom breaks when necessary.
