Though apologizing for his shout of "You lie!" during Obama's speech (lies should be called out, you don't want to get called out then don't lie), he went on to stand by his point - Obama was not telling the truth. AKA, he lied. Illegal aliens can be and will be covered by ObamaCare.
The health care bill in the House, the only viable bill at the moment, does not spell out coverage for "illegals". What it does is leave it open, not requiring proof of citizenship, to receive benefits. Measures added to insure adequate proof have been voted down by the majority of Democrats in the Congress.
You don't always have to invite a person into your home. Sometimes, all you need to do is leave the door open. They'll walk in all on their own.
