William Rice had his pinky finger bitten off by a Moveon.org thug on Sept. 1. I'm late on this, but it deserves watching. His interview with Neil Cavuto a few hours later is so worth watching. Truly remarkable man.
I hate to use this word, especially after the horrific ordeal the man went through or maybe because of the horrific deal the man went through, but he's hilarious.
Here's the premise of what happened:
A group were protesting ObamaCare and government expansion, with supporters of the President and government control across the street. Hannibal the Cannibal crossed the street, found the oldest man in the group, and began yelling and taunting him.
Sick of the verbal abuse, Rice threw the first punch. Hannibal responded by biting the man's entire finger off. It could not be reattached.
Humans don't react this way, biting off human appendages. Monsters, however, do. Sick in the mind, sick in the heart monsters.
That man impresses me. He wasn't furious. He wasn't even looking at a lawsuit. He accepted the situation, was honest about his feelings, and joked about piano lessons.
What does that tell me? The man had grace. Only God gives man the heart to forgive that quickly, accept that readily, and speak that honestly.
Real Christians are never hard to spot. Just follow the peace.
UPDATE:
Hannibal has been identified only as "Charlie". And thanks to some incredible research by reader Chad, more video has been unearthed. Apparently, Charlie started practicing biting off fingers at an early age. It's a sickness.
